Pre-natal Yoga:

“Mindful motherhood with Prenatal and Postnatal yoga"

Prenatal yoga is a form of yoga that is specifically designed for pregnant women Which provides holistic health benefits for to-be-mothers. Yogasanas help keeps the body supple, relieving tension around the cervix, by opening up the pelvic region. This prepares to-be-mothers for labour and delivery. Yogasanas and pranayama can train to breathe deeply and relax consciously, helping to face the demands of labour and childbirth. Prenatal yoga can help alleviate some of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as back pain, swollen ankles, and fatigue. It can also help pregnant women develop strength and flexibility, which can be beneficial during labor and delivery.
