Post-natal Yoga:

Postnatal yoga is a type of yoga that is designed specifically for women who have recently given birth. It focuses on postpartum recovery, helping new mothers to regain strength, flexibility, and mental clarity after childbirth.

Postnatal yoga classes typically involve gentle yoga poses, breath work, and relaxation techniques that are tailored to the needs of postpartum women. The classes may also incorporate baby yoga, which involves incorporating the baby into the yoga practice by holding them or performing gentle stretches with them.

Post-natal Yoga for:

  1. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, which can be weakened during pregnancy and
    childbirth.
  2. Helping to improve posture and alleviate back pain caused by carrying a newborn.
  3. Reducing stress and anxiety by promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
